That's so cute. I didn't see the first one. Can anyone tell me if it was any good?

Eh, it's mediocre really. Has some slight entertainment value, and kids might find it cute. But all in all, it's easily forgettable and nothing worth going out of your way to watch.

I will say, though, I was skeptical about a sequel till I saw that subtitle. So, it seems their gimmick is remaking classics with gnomes. Kind of a "cute" idea. Though, if the first one gives any indication of the quality to the second one, as a big Sherlock Holmes fan, I'm sure I'll be majorly disappointed and possibly angry at the abomination.

I'll probably be on the fence with this one until I see a trailer or hear more about it. Animation has to really catch me eye with a good story before I get all caught up in it.
