Been a huge fan of Takashi Miike's work ever since I stumbled across Audition and Ichi The Killer as a naive teenager. Both films are utterly demented, horrific - and phenomenal to boot.
Good list this, but I would definitely have included the first Dead Or Alive and 13 Assassins. His Masters Of Horror episode was pretty unforgettable too.
