The Primate Perspective:
Definitely not boring! Balthasar Kormákur’s ‘Contraband’ kept me on my toes the whole time. Ex-smuggler Chris Farraday (Mark Wahlberg) must return to a life of crime to protect his brother-in-law from a drug lord (Giovanni Ribisi). He puts together a team and heads to Panama on a big container ship to score millions of dollars in counterfeit bills. The film is an American remake of the 2008 Icelandic film ‘Reykjavík-Rotterdam’ in which Kormákur himself starred.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
