"Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengence" is one of the most all-out insane superhero films I've ever seen. I mean this in the best of ways. A lot of the madness can be attributed to the kindred spirit connection between directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor and leading man Nicolas Cage, of course.
