Deadline - It’s the end of the road for veteran medical drama House, which will bow out after the end of its current eighth season on Fox in May. The network has granted creator David Shore’s wish for an early decision to allow him to give the series and its characters a proper ending. The move opens the door for renewal of another Fox drama in need of an early verdict, freshman Terra Nova.

The Believers Review: Netflix's newest release is a thrilling ride with some emotional moments peppered in between.
Well, like I thought...it was probably going to be their last year but I wasn't sure. This was Hugh Laurie's year on his contract and I'm sure they didn't want to go thru the fighting game with salaries and all. I think he's ready to move on though.
I think it was actually getting back to it's old self show again this year and I was beginning to like it again. I didn't much care for it last year when he was with Cuddy...the whole season was really not very good. I think it's time they went out on a good note anyway.
My friends mom is gonna be devastated when she hears this news
Finally, Fox just drags shows out way too long. Except the really good original ones.
