I'm still trying to figure out who they are. They don't resemble anything from the comics I remember. Of course I'm not as well versed in Avengers lore as I am other things.

They are Scrulls, but not really Scrulls lol Marvel does not have the rights to use the Scrulls, so what they did here is alter them a bit along with giving them a different name so they won't get sued.

They have to say Marvel's The Avengers, due to the old 60's tv show The Avengers.

I remember thinking the 1998 Avengers movie was going to be Marvel's Avengers. Then I saw it really was the other Avengers, to my disappointment. :\

But Marvel's Avengers is finally coming! =D
