CO - I've only seen a few episodes of "Spartacus: Blood and Sand," so I'm not familiar enough with the late Andy Whitfield's performance to judge how it stacks up to Liam McIntyre's new incarnation of Spartacus. But if the first episode of "Spartacus: Vengeance" is any indication, McIntyre will be able to honor his predecessor with a strong performance of his own. From the opening moments, I had no trouble accepting McIntyre as the legendary hero. It feels like there's a real sincerity to McIntyre's take on the character and he seems suitably intense and vulnerable at the same time.
Big Girls Don't Cry Review: The series leaves us questioning a lot of things including why it's so long.
Love is Blind Season 6 reunion gives us some piping hot tea and answers our questions but some things are stilll left unsaid.
Art of Love Review: This is entirely forgettable and totally boring, but we knew that before we started.
As a massive fan of Startacus Blood and Sand and then Gods of the Arena, I been anxiously awaiting the premiere of this season for alot of reasons.
This was a really good season premiere and Liam MacIntyre is without a doubt a good substitute but he's got nowhere near the same level of muscle mass as Andy Whitfields and I found that to be a little distracting. Having said that I think he's really taking the role well and will continue to do something special with it.
Bring on the Massacre!
