IGN - Parks and Rec continued along on the campaign trail this week with the modestly funny "Bowling for Votes" - an episode that was enjoyable, but lacking a bit in the straight-up laughs department. Look, it's Parks. It's always good. But this episode reminded me of something that I wrote back in Season 2 when the show had vastly improved over the first season.
