Real Steel did surprise me in a sense. I thought for sure the movie would be unforgivably terrible. Hugh Jackman is fine in the film, he plays the titular role of asshole quite well. If your looking for a special effects laden, Rocky spectacle, you could do far worse than Real Steel. 2.5/5
