It's been nearly thirteen years since The Blair Witch Project introduced most of us to fake horror documentaries. In the years since its release we've seen documentary style horror films fall off in popularity and then make a major comeback thanks large in part to the Paranormal Activity films. Just last year The Last Exorcism was released which was also a fake documentary style film about exorcism surprisingly enough. Unfortunately, The Devil Inside is neither original, engaging, or even remotely scary which gives me no reason to recommend it.
