If you already know the true story, looking at this first official photo of Amanda Seyfried in the 1970s pornstar bio-pic Lovelace may recall the lines from a Smokey Robinson song.
I know this is a biopic but I just can't get into this movie...I'm sure they will do a good job and it will turn out just fine but it won't be anything that I will be going to see.

from what i read im not sure what the message of the movie is suppose to be in making this film as im sure there was other history similiar to this
