Paramount Home Entertainment has announced that Paranormal Activity 3, which earned $203 million at the worldwide box office, will be available as a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack on January 24th. Also, all three films will be available for Digital Download in chronological order prior to the Blu-ray/DVD debut:

I'll definitely pick this up as I've been a fan of the first two. Haven't watched it yet, but it appears I may have been better off waiting for the unrated release after all.
It's such a boring franchise.
