Coming Soon:
Back in 2004, a little zombie rom-com called Shaun of the Dead hit these shores, launching a wave of British genre films and filmmakers that has grown incrementally since then. It introduced many Americans to director Edgar Wright and actor/comedians Simon Pegg and Nick Frost and its 2007 follow-up, Hot Fuzz, a spoof of big budget police action-comedies, was received just as well.
It's now four years on and Wright went onto direct Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Pegg and Frost co-wrote and starred in this year's Paul, but many of their fans are wondering when they're going to get back to making the third chapter in what's been lovingly referred to as the "Blood and Ice Cream" or "Three Flavours Cornetto" Trilogy, depending on what side of the Atlantic you lay on and whether or not you need to have explained what a "Cornetto" is. (If you've seen either previous movie, you won't need to.) At one point, it was going to be titled "The World's End," but who knows if that's still the case?
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
Rest In Peace Review: A man in debt disappears. Years later, he considers reconnecting with his family, but his previous life takes him by surprise.
Nerd Reactor writes that a new international post has revealed the return of a fan-favorite Toho monster.
