IGN - Talk about a totally phoned-in box set. Goodness gracious. Apparently the only thing truly impossible about this franchise is getting a decent Blu-ray release. Even back when Mission: Impossible first touched down on Blu, it was largely regarded as a mediocre presentation. The first film was riddled with dust and dirt, ghosting, artifacting, dated audio, a dated encode and many more annoying flaws. The sequels weren't much better, though Mission: Impossible III is the best of the bunch. Each film is encoded in MPEG-2 and mixed in old school Dolby Digital 5.1.
