Harold (John Cho - Star Trek) and Kumar (Kal Penn - House MD) have grown apart over the 6 years since Guantanamo Bay. Harold is now a successful businessman and is enjoying life married to Maria (Paula Garcés – Clockstoppers). Kumar in the meantime has had his medical licence suspended for constantly smoking weed and is still living the life of a stoner student. A mysterious package arrives for Harold at Kumar's place so he reluctantly decides to drop it off to his old friend on Christmas Eve. So begins a frantic adventure that requires the guys to reconnect and work together if they are to save Christmas and their friendship.
