EW writes:
When Showtime recently renewed Dexter for two more seasons, fans wondered: Is this the beginning of the end for the acclaimed serial killer drama?

Sad stuff! But the series had to come to an end at some point, and they're probably going to run out of season arcs sooner or later...

Yep for sure. It's at the point where story arcs for each season aren't going to cut it. They need to be planning their end game ASAP!

Most of the time it is better to let a show end when it should rather than try to force constant seasons out of it and delude its greatness.

I agree with the delusion bit. Almost with any show you almost see repeat episodes or filler once they hit a peak. Hopefully it will end with a bang.

Two more seasons after this one? I think there should just be one more season, the past two have been sub-par.

I'm a little worried about where they're taking the Dexter Deb storyline, the preview for next week gave me an incest vibe.

Here's an idea: Stop watching after next season, then there's just one more for you ;)

The last two seasons have been sub-par. I wish they'd just do one more.

I was sensing a little incest vibe in next week's preview. I really hope it doesn't happen, but I was also hoping the Lumen/Dexter relationship didn't happen either. Don't ruin a good thing.

Hey it's Dexter, if it's screwed up, it will probably happen. So let's all get prepared for Dex/Deb incest. I mean they aren't blood related ;)

Sounds like something you would see in an anime or a show set in the boonies of the US South.

Last episode of Dexter was the most disappointing one in ages. Hopefully the finale will make up for it!
