SYDHiT writes - In 1989 my Grandfather took me to the (now long gone) Gosford cinemas to see my very first big screen movie. I still have the memories of staring in awe at the motion that unfolded on screen. I bopped along to the songs and hated that damn octopus lady for taking the pretty fish girl’s voice. Obviously, I’m talking about The Little Mermaid here.

There are still quality animated films being produced each year. I'm sure there were plenty of terrible animated films back in the day, we all just forgot about them.
I think the author of that article is in need of the classics and a new classic.
