Goode" from 'Back to the Future' as part of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson's, a charity event to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation; Fox was diagnosed with the disease in 1991.

Robin Dunne is directing from his own script in his feature-film directorial debut. The film is produced by Shayne Putzlocher, Glenn Paradis and Sara Shaak from Trilight Entertainment, and financed by Clairwood Capital.

Thirty years after Family Ties debuted on NBC, the Peacock has agreed to fork over a whole bunch of sha-la-la-la in order to win the rights to that Michael J. Fox comedy project Vulture first told you about last week. Facing intense competition from other networks, Peacock chief Robert Greenblatt and entertainment division chief Jen Salke wooed Fox by offering him and Sony Pictures Television something virtually unheard of these days in TV: A commitment to make and air a full season of 22 episodes of the show, even before a pilot is filmed.
Michael J. Fox has signed on for a new TV role.
The veteran actor will appear on CBS' "The Good Wife" opposite Julianna Margulies. He'll play Simon Canning, a lawyer so "shrewd and cynical" that he's willing to use his neurological condition to gain favor for his client.
The executive producers and creators of the show, Robert and Michelle King, tell ET, "We're absolutely thrilled that Michael has agreed to play this role." They point out, "His intelligence as an actor, combined with his incredible comic timing will really bring this smart, cynical lawyer to life."
The Good Wife will premiere season two on Tuesday September 28 on CBS.
He was so good in those movies...I remember them well but the first one was the best one of all.
