I might not have been in the mood for another look at Leslie and Ben's post-break up relationship, but "The Treaty" was still able to keep the topic fresh and funny, even if it didn't contain the sweetness of last week's "End of the World." All the stuff involving Leslie and Ben going to war at a Pawnee Model UN drove home the "funny," but the side stories in this one felt a bit soft.
