IGN - "Smells Like Teen Spirit" had a lot of action, as most episodes of The Vampire Diaries do, and even though some of the storylines felt like they took a step forward only to take a step backward again (Matt brought Vicki back! Oh wait, she was banished again. Stefan was captured! Oops, they didn't lock him up after all), it was fun to watch all the back and forth. And there was one heck of a surprise return at the end.
