Minnie Driver has signed a talent deal with ABC to star in a half-hour or one-hour project for the network targeted for next fall. The deal was made in a competitive situation, as the actress was also pursued for an NBC pilot. This past season, Driver toplined CBS’ drama pilot Hail Mary. Driver, repped by CAA and Untitled, previously starred on FX’s The Riches and recurred on NBC’s Will & Grace. She earned an Oscar nomination for Good Will Hunting and an Emmy nom for The Riches.
