Deadline says:
More alarming ratings news for NBC. (And the network has had a ton of those lately – it just got beaten by USA on Monday!) Despite airing reruns of rookies Prime Suspect and Whitney on Monday and Wednesday this week to get additional sampling and boost the ratings for the originals, the opposite happened last night. Both series were down 13% week-to-week in the 18-49 demographic to a 2.0/5 and 1.3/3 among adults 18-49, respectively. That despite the extra exposure (NBC also is running Whitney and Prime Suspect repeats on Friday and Saturday) and the fact that all other NBC series that preceded the two freshmen were up — Community (1.7/5, up 13%), Parks & Recreation (2.1/6, up 5%), The Office (3.2/8, up a tenth).
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
Well, I don't know about Prime Suspect but I'm still watching Whitney...she is so funny...I love the show and I need something to make me laugh sometimes after a hard day.
