Looks like pure Oscar bait. Nothing bad from a technical standpoint, but really dry and lifeless. I'll see it because it's Spielberg, but that's it.
Yes, it does seem that way but maybe it's just this trailer and maybe there's more to the story. I think it's suppose to be a really good movie. I've heard it is so that's why I'll go see it and hope for the best.
