Charley Brewster is an average high school teenager who lives with his mum, has an attractive girlfriend and is popular at school. In the school halls, Ed, Charley’s childhood friend confronts him and asks to speak alone. Ed explains that the people missing from his class are down to the acts of Jerry, Charley’s new next door neighbour. He tells him that Jerry is a vampire, though Charley dismisses it due to his disbelief in the supernatural. The childhood friends have become distant since they started high school and Charley got popular, leaving Ed and his geeky ways behind. Ed blackmails Charley into checking out the house for their missing friends by saying he will expose embarrasing childhood memorys. Ed suddenly goes missing the day after, leaving Charley confused and worried for his safety.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
