The Devil’s Double is not only an intoxicating look into the life of Uday Hussein and his body double Latif Yahia, but it’s also an absolutely fascinating and gripping look at how the Hussein family lived during their time in power.

Netflix has added several new releases to its Streaming stable; some are misguided and rather disappointing action flicks but a couple of the smaller films are worth checking out. In regards to Netflix’s catalog lineup they’ve added some baseball themed films for the push towards the playoffs, several 70′s horror films, some 80′s teen action, a bizarre mix of 90′s classics, and some ‘thrilling’ B-movies. July isn’t a banner month for new additions but it’s a step in the right direction.
Dominic Cooper takes on the role of Uday Hussain (Saddam’s son) and Latif Yahia, his body double, in this true tale of corruption, deception and lust. The film jumps in to where Latif is taken into the palace of Uday and forced to live an alternate life and never to see his family again. As most may be aware, or at least could hazard a guess, Latif does all in his power to achieve freedom and flee from this perverse world he has been coerced in to.
Dr Chris "This is one of the best films of the year and a true slice of real horror. Cooper should get nominated for an Academy Award for this film. Check out The Devil's Double now on Blu-ray."
