Just last week we learned that breakout Super 8 star Joel Courtney would follow his star-making turn in J.J. Abrams sci-fi flick with a journey into the past for an adaptation of Mark Twain's classic adventures of Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn. Courtney is playing Sawyer and now Variety reports "Wizards of Waverly Place" and Hotel for Dogs star Jake T. Austin is closing a deal to play Huckleberry Finn. Though the two leads have been cast, and we know Jo Kastner is directing the film, we're still not sure exactly what kind of mischief the infamous protagonists will find themselves in this time around.
