Leaked Red Band Teaser Trailer For 'The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' Hits The Web

Cinemablend: Earlier this week we learned some tantalizing details about an upcoming film. Looks awesome and seems like it could live up to the original trilogy. And I definitely saw some nipple in there lol.

Looks like it could actually be staying really true to the original. Could be interesting. Just not sure it will be as good as the original. We'll have to actually see how good the acting is here as it doesn't really give good insight into that.

Well Daniel Craig is in it and he's a decent actor as are a few other familiar faces. I've incredible things about this series so I'll check it out.

Yea, I like Craig well enough. And some of the others. It just seems like it could turn out to be a good movie but just not really top the original. Plus it seems to be staying so close to the original it becomes almost like "Well why even make it? Just so it's in English? That's a stupid reason."

I did enjoy the series. I definitely don't think it's everyone's cup of tea so to speak, though. And it looks like Fincher and company are doing well with it, too. Just, again, I'm probably going to be left wondering why I need a remake when I just got through the trilogy earlier this year. Seems way too early for a remake. Especially one that seems to be staying close to the original.

well remember there is a book trilogy by stieg larsson behind these movies as well, perhaps the first trilogy stayed so close to the books (dont know havent read them) that extreme similarities are inevitable if the english version is also staying true to the books.

The original movie wasn't very good, but it had a very interesting character at it's core. I have no doubt Fincher can elevate this material. Looks like we might have a great movie on our hands here. I just wonder if Fincher sticks around to direct the rest of the trilogy.

Craig is definitely the primary reason i'm going to see this, he's a phenomenal actor imo!
