First Look: Rhys Ifans Surfaces As The Lizard On The Set Of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’

Yesterday we saw the first photos of Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone on the NYC set of The Amazing Spider-Man and today we not only get to see more photos of Andrew and Emma on set but we also get our first look at actor Rhys Ifans in costume as the villain The Lizard. Now, Ifans is mostly covered up so as not to spoil his Lizard look but it’s clear from the make-up around his eyes that he is hiding his full Lizard costume underneath his coverings. Check out the photos below.

It's really unfortunate that this doesn't show us more but you can kinda see there's some discoloration to the skin under there...Unless it's just a poorly taken pic. Sure wish it was a higher quality image.

It'll make for a better surprise when the real trailer and previews come out. I am looking forward to seeing it. I really don't know what to expect with these different actors playing the parts of the people I've become used to.

Sometimes they just splice the film's best scenes together to make it look interesting, but I want to see which direction they take this reboot. Will it be darker, or a web-slinging "Eclipse"... wait, I almost puked.
