Should be interesting to see how this all comes together. I'm not terribly interested in Thor or Captain America, but I'm interested to see how they manage to put them all together. Hopefully it'll work out and be great!

I just think anything the man has a hand in is genius and can't wait for what he can do with a massive budget. None of the Marvel movies have been fantastic so far, though Thor comes the closest.
Captain America looks simply dire.

Agreed, the man knows how to tell a compelling story and tell it well. If anyone can pull this together I think he can.

Though I think Iron Man was a very good movie. It wasn't perfect, but did a great job of furthering the comic book movie genre.

one thing from him that will have more than just a cult following i hope....

Anything Joss Whedon does will be awesome. He has a following like none I've ever seen before. He also sees things in a different way and is a perfectionist. It is going to be great!

I still don't understand the love Serenity gets but yeah, I'm excited for his involvement.

It's not Serenity so much as it is Firefly the TV Show. There was some really good writing done in the show, IMHO, as well as a few that were expertly directed.

I've heard a lot of good things about Firefly, looking foward to checking it out when the discovery-science channel starts airing reruns.

I loved Serenity. I actually saw that first and it's what compelled me to watch all of Firefly.
