IGN: Hanna Review

IGN: Imagine if the Brothers Grimm created Jason Bourne and you get a bit of an idea of what director Joe Wright is going for with his action-thriller Hanna, starring Saoirse Ronan as the eponymous killer kid who makes Hit-Girl look like a rookie. Raised in the frozen woods of North Finland in absolute solitude by her father Erik (Eric Bana), she is trained by him in almost Spartan fashion to be as intelligent as she is deadly in both armed and hand-to-hand combat. But why is this little girl being raised to defend herself so fiercely (and from whom) when they are utterly isolated from the outside world?
