In the season premiere of ‘United States of Tara‘ we were treated to the fact that Tara has decided to go back and finish college. While Max worries this could end up the same way it did the last time she went (tried to kill herself), the family supports her decision. However Tara can transition at anytime. She isn’t on any medication to help prevent it, nor has she gained any more control over her alters than she did at the end of last season."
