Jeremy Lebens of Media Stomp wrote "We are back yet again for Episode 11, which we must apologize in advance for being a little lengthy. This episode clocks in at a running time of over an hour and a half! We had a lot to talk about and we managed to cover it all! We kick off the show like usual with the weekend box office. From that point we review a film that managed to debut at the unimpressive number 9 spot, which is Drive Angry. That leads us into the upcoming films, which are: Take Me Home Tonight, The Adjustment Bureau, Rango and Beastly. That moves us into next week's releases which are: Battle: Los Angeles, Mars Needs Moms and Red Riding Hood."

2011 was a great year for the film industry. Box office flops were large in number, but even so a lot of instant classics were released throughout last year. The LRA Show Ep. 44 - Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie / Journey 2

LRA writes: Our efforts to avert disaster by avoiding this past weeks horrible offerings were only partially successful when our back up films turned out to be no better with only a couple exceptions. Other than Brian, who played a bit of catch up this week by explaining why both Hanna and Rango were two of last years best films, James and I found ourselves on the complete opposite side of the spectrum with our film choices which include the new fantasy/adventure Journey 2: The Mysterious Island and the comedy(?) Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie. We also find some time to cover some recent television shows we have been watching as well as our thoughts on the 84th Academy Awards show. Featured music this week is from the album "Journey's Greatest Hits" and the "Rango" motion picture soundtrack.

Mondo Releases Posters for Rango and Hugo

Mondo have done it again, with a set of three new posters to celebrate the Academy Awards season. Taking two of our favourite films of 2011, Mondo has released a poster for Gore Verbinski’s animated film Rango, and Martin Scorsese’s love letter to cinema, Hugo.
