Rose (Tori Black) is a prostitute looking for her next trick when she hears about a mysterious client called Jacob (Marek Matousek) who pays large sums of money to prostitutes who stay the night with him in a hotel. Against her better judgement Rose decides to visit Jacob when his regular girl goes missing. Upon arrival she discovers that something is different about Jacob and when he tells her he needs her help to control his transformation into a werewolf she isn’t sure what to believe anymore.
