I'm not buying it. The guy's story on where he got it from isn't exactly credible, nor is it provable. Hmmmm...Overall it doesn't look bad though, and it might be interesting to see if true. Still, with as secretive as J.J. Abrams is, I doubt he'd let something like this ever leak out.
