Mark Wahlberg Back In Buddy Comedy Mode For Seth MacFarlane's Pic Helming Debut

Deadline: "Mark Wahlberg, who's coming off the summer hit The Other Guys with Will Ferrell, is negotiating to star in another buddy comedy. You might think we've seen it all on the well trodden buddy comedy trail, but how about one with a guy and his life-size, walking-talking teddy bear? OH yeah, I remember hearing about this last week. Lots of people bashing the two of them. I think Seth MacFarlane is a hilarious guy and has plenty to bring to the table. Wahlberg is all right, and I think he's better at comedy than most give him credit for, maybe he just needs a better outlet or direction for it.

The Other Guys, dont need to say more. Anyone that disagrees never actually saw it.

The movie was ok, but I didn't like Will Ferrell's character. He acted toooo dumb.

That was the point. He is supposed to frustrate you and make you mad, because its funny in the end. Its a page taken out of the history books of comedy.

Mark was just remarkable though, he did his role perfectly.

LOL. The problem with that is that most of the people who did see it didn't like what they saw. Critically it didn't do well, but I've known a few people who really enjoyed it too. I didn't get the chance to check it out, but I do want to see it.
