Yay? I'm just not sure how to really feel about it. Comparing yourself to a classic short-film like Thriller takes some balls, and a little arrogance, and I'm not confident Kanye could even live up to it. I have little faith in it and wonder, how many damn songs he can fit into 35 minutes without feeling crowded.

Interesting how this article doesn't talk about the film's reception, but just gives basic facts on how it happened. Hmmm.....

I don't think kanye has much if any talent and probably won't pull anything of interest for me with this. He still has followers though and even when he disrespects them they still say he is great. I don't understand some things....

That's it! He really has no talent. 50 Cent has done enough to show he's got some chops to pull off a film (and is willing to go the distance to do it). Kanye is a goober and trying to cash in on a talent he doesn't possess. I don't care for his music, but it's obvious he's talented enough to make it there, I'll give him that. But it doesn't mean he can make it elsewhere.

Probably wouldnt make it at all if technology didnt develop. I mean there are plenty of people better at singing than him, they just never get a chance. He is just good at marketing his name.

I guess they are trying to find any news at all, and want to promote something they know will bring in a lot of attention. Doesn't make it any good.

Its mostly cus MTV basically owns him now. So they want to sell their own product. I just found it annoying. The site is never up to date with the latest news, then i go their today and its 10 articles of this.
