I think this is more of a push for On-Demand services to get main stream than it is Pixar celebrating the release of the new film. Netflix just scored a deal to put a bunch of the films on their service, then suddenly this happens. It seems every Netflix move is countered by "On-Demand" lately. Kinda annoying because these two are going into a battle just like the game industry. So no films will be exclusive to one or the other, etc...stupid childish games like that get annoying.
Either way the Pixar collection is probably the most highly rated, most remarkable collection your will ever own. So even if this doesn't interest you, go get the DVD's or something.
To celebrate Toy Story 3 I much rather have something else, like a Toy Story Blu-ray pack.
