I was so sad to hear about those captains leaving the show. I've been watching since Deadliest Catch first aired as a one time documentary and I've grown used to those people being on the show. Honestly I haven't liked any of the newer people they've had on the show in the past couple seasons, and more than likely this will be my reason to stop watching.
I feel it should be like a movie or other TV show...once you lose your main characters there isn't much point in continuing on. Then it just feels forced and merely a shell of what once was.
