AZ Central: Seriously. The wispy Cera, who created a sort of wimpcore character with George Michael in the brilliant television series "Arrested Development" and has seemingly played variations on it ever since, is still soft-pedaling his way through life as the title character here. Except, that is, when he instantly transforms into a martial artist of the "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" variety when confronted by his would-be girlfriend's evil exes. (Cinema, Scott Pilgrim Vs.
