Brent Lee of The Koalition writes: On October 27th, The Spierig Brothers will join forces with Twisted Pictures to release the highly anticipated eighth installment in the Saw movie series. Titled Jigsaw, this sequel takes place over a decade after John Kramer aka Jigsaw’s death and highlights a new string of sadistic murders that are being committed by his successors.
In light of this film’s upcoming release and the sadistic nature of Jigsaw himself, I wanted to put together a quick list of the best sadistic movies to watch before Jigsaw arrives in theaters. Please note that this list does not account for every single horror film and is only meant to highlight a few that I have personally enjoyed over the course of the last 26 years.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
I'm not a horror fan but this is a good list
Hopefully, Jigsaw doesn't end up being disappointing. Saw is a classic in its own right and that last few Saw movies haven't been great so we will see if they get this new one right.
This is a good list.
