EB: Star Wars Nation, you knew Nick and I wouldn’t be able to wait until Friday to breakdown the recently released Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer, so last night we fired up our mic-sabers and dove into the footage that was shown in the trailer. We start the discussion talking about our general impressions of the trailer, which ranged from it being too spoiler filled and lacking an emotional soundtrack, to appreciating the cinematography and narrative potential. Trust us, we enjoyed this trailer, but we both felt it lacked an emotional punch like the first few trailer for The Force Awakens provided. We credit the lack of the feels to the score, which is almost all new John Williams music (and excellent at that but lacking familiar Skywalker Saga themes), but also wonder if the deluge of new Star Wars movies from Disney may be providing a bit of franchise fatigue.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
