We learned a great deal about Warner Bros’ plans for the DCEU at comic con, but one bit of news really stands out. The Flash movie is now being called Flashpoint, the name of an iconic event in DC Comics history. Despite how awesome seeing a live action Flashpoint adaptation would be (not counting the CW’s attempt), it should raise many concerns for fans of DC movies.
Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer walked into the 96th Academy Awards and blew everyone away, winning seven Oscars on the night. But is it Nolan's best film yet?
“Trying to fix this restaurant was me trying to fix whatever was happening with my brother,” Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto says in the first season of The Bear.
Cancel all proposed awards ceremonies and hand over the major gongs to Peter Farrelly's Ricky ;Stanicky.
is it just me or are others also tired reading views of fans who are all constantly praising marvel and bashing DC.
i mean DC had origin stories for batman and superman before making batman v superman and they were like too soon. no origin story for flash, aquaman, wonder woman.
marvel makes guardians of the galaxy and everyone be like this is awesome. cant wait. love the trailers.
where were the origin stories needed then? i suppose the racoon doesn't need an origin story on how he came to be but hey, we need to see how barry allen became the flash because who knows the flash right.
if they make a flashpoint movie the way this guy describes, you looking at a 2 part movie in itself and the first part isnt going to end well which is going to put people off going for the second part. but im sure they have a way to do it to tell the complete story but at the same time make it well.
the DC universe will all tie in eventually. they are not making it up as they go along which is what everyone seems to think they are doing.
Bashing DC while praising Marvel is a trend that needs to end. BvS & Suicide Squad could have been better, but they got very unfair feedback. The success of Wonder Woman was an absolute surprise, and I think the investment in the DCEU is starting to pay off. Snyder needs to be gotten rid of. No offense to him, but he's just simply not working out for the series.
