No Spider-Man For Avengers: Infinity War?

Evidence is once again pointing to the possibility of no Spider-Man in The Avengers: Infinity War.

Back around October saw Tom Holland state it was all up in the air regarding if he was going to appear in The Avengers: Infinity War, which was followed up by Kevin Feige stating they were figuring it out.

eh, dont matter. they are not getting Silver Surfer which is the most logical element to be put in, everyone else is just fodder.

This isn't confirmed (about Spider Man) are you sure it is confirmed that SS won't be in it?

I don't even know how you can have it without him, but do you have a link to that? There are tons of articles speculating and rumor mongering, but I haven't seen anything definitive.

Seems stupid to go through all that trouble to get rights from Sony, hype him up in a quick Avengers reveal, and then not utilize him again. I don't think he needs to be on the team, but utilizing him would be smart.
