Glad the rumor is false. I actually don't see any reason for him to make an appearance in the JL since most of the members are metahumans that could disarm him and his goons in less than second.
I really hope they give the joker his own solo film, a good villain should not go to waste and he's played by Jared Leto, so they'll need to do something with him
