Despite the lack of updates from Marvel Studios and Disney, Shang-Chi star Simu Liu says the sequel to the successful 2021 movie is still happening.
lol no it wasn't.
The film was fantastic. After Dark Knight Trilogy, this is my other comic book movie. I've seen it hundreds of times.
It had it's flaws but I did enjoy it a lot more than any other current DC movie.
I thought the first 45 minutes was incredible (except the part where Superman didn't save his Earth father). Then it was like the director thought "hey that's enough story and lore for you, time for brainless action!" and from the Superman outer space asphyxiation (despite being fully capable of being in outer space) to Lois Lane's three minute journey from the centre of Metropolis to the train station many miles away after Superman snaps Zod's neck, I felt it turned into a trainwreck of a film.
I still think it's better than Batman v Superman (only the superb action scenes held it up), and I haven't seen Suicide Squad but heard that it's suffered worse from the WB editing.
Totally agree.....
