Sausage Party review by Gravis Ludus

What the hell did I just watch, Seriously what a pice of S**t that movie turned out to be. I normally find Seth Rogan and Jonah Hill such a laugh. Not this time!

Well every men I talked to and have see it liked it maybe the writer is too matured or hate adult comedy in a cartoon

I don't know, I'm with the reviewer on this one. All the jokes were sex jokes and weren't very clever, like they were written by a 12 year old. I usually enjoy these kind of "stoner" movies but this was just awful. It's a shame because the idea is great but the execution is horrible.

While the movie contains juvenile humor, it's also not without substance. Think of the movie as a big metaphor for society. Extreme views/stereotypes (race, religion, sex, etc...) that we sometimes have of each other that are made to seem ridiculous to the audience because it is. The movie was very entertaining to my friends and I.

Reviewer's opinions are just that, even critics are the same.

Some films that are well enjoyed by many people get around a 6 on IMDB, like the ones with Gene Wilder.. So tbh if you enjoy a particular film, just ignore the score it gets elsewhere. Reviews are also open to trolling, so you can't trust them fully either. Saying that, a 6 rating is considered average, whereas 7+ is considered good.

Reviewers can get their panties in a twist if there is something tiny they don't like in a film like particular types of humour, or something they got offended by, or a bit of blood. Basically.

This idiotic reviewer admittedly didn't even watch the movie. This is the definition of stupid. So many typos and grammar problems that I struggled to read the article. To sum it up, just give up... Seriously...

I'm Sorry guys but it is just my honest opinion. I enjoy things such as family guy and american dad but, I just could not get away with this one.

SirBillyBones2787d ago

You didn't watch the whole film. That renders your opinion utterly useless. Then you stooped to the low of creating a click bait blog post. Smh.

triverse2787d ago

Well, if you feel the opinion of this reviewer is rubbish, let's see your review of the movie for comparison. I mean, if something is so stupid to someone that they leave the theater that kind of makes it a relevant point for their review and for many, gives credence to their score.

The point is, you liked it (obviously or you would not be attacked the reviewer and their score) or you wanted to give it a 0/5 and are mad that this writer beat you to it. Either way, let's see your review.

"Yup the damn hot dog has a bun for a girlfriend haha very funny not! I had to stop watching at this point as I couldn’t handle anymore, " oh you had to stop watching? Then I guess you had to "review " a movie you didn't watch. Your "review" is no greater than 3rd rate sjw blogger drivel. Get some thicker skin and watch the movie for a proper review, or just not waste anyone else's valuable time with your bullshit reviews.

Nice. I was not aware you were being forced to read reviews here on Filmwatch, or anywhere else for that matter. The score is clearly posted there in the corner so you knew prior to clicking it that it was not going to be good.

Wasting time? That would be completely on you buddy. Grow up and just read the reviews that give everything a 5/5 or 10/10.

thejigisup2787d ago

I decided to read this "review" hoping to find why the film was being called a piece of S**t, only to find that the film wasn't even watched. I often read reviews that don't give a perfect score and lay a more critical mind to the content. I happen to read quite a large amount of reviews here, and it just so happens that this was the worst I've read all year. It was even poorly written, I know the author could do better, check out her previous postings. This was just really bad.
