Emily Blunt is solid for the role, but Dick Van Dyke was priceless in the original. He had such a cartoon-ish physical performance that I think only someone like Jim Carrey could really do it justice. I'm sure they're not trying to replicate it, so it'll be a different take, but all I'm saying is that the original performances are simply iconic.
