CB: Five years ago, professional conceptual artist Nuttavut Baiphowongse (Stranger Things, Indepdence Day: Resurgence) was asked to design Bebop and Rocksteady for the first Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action film, but the mutant thugs were cut from the film. However, since the 2014 film $493.3 million, Paramount Pictures green-lit a sequel and Bebop and Rocksteady, along with the alien warlord Krang, were included in 2016's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
