Ben-Hur Review - NY Times

NY Times: For any filmmaker foolhardy enough to embark on a remake of “Ben-Hur,” the kitschy 1959 sword-and-sandals epic that captured 11 Oscars and elevated Charlton Heston to Hollywood sainthood, the first order of business is to create a bigger and better version of that movie’s climactic chariot race.
