FGE - The re-emergence of the Bourne series will have been what pleased many onlookers when it was announced, especially with director Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon again this time out. The big question this film faced is why is the series coming back? And more specifically why is Jason Bourne back? Unfortunately, despite the narrative going some way to establish an emotional motive for Bourne’s return, it is unable to combine political thriller and revenge tale to the same high standard that we were accustomed to with the previous films.
